Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Systems
As a leading authority on filtration and separation equipment since 1966, at Pargreen Process Technologies we offer design and build capabilities for reverse osmosis water treatment systems. In addition to pre-engineered solutions from GE Osmonics and other major manufacturers of reverse osmosis equipment, we provide customized configurations specifically tailored for the most challenging feed water applications.
Reverse osmosis is a water purification method that removes dissolved solids and impurities from water by forcing it through a semi-permeable membrane. When pressure is applied to the unprocessed water on one side of a tank, it flows through the membrane, leaving up to 99.5% of the dissolved solids and other contaminants behind. We specialize in 2.5", 4", and 8" membrane element systems with capabilities from 1 to 1000+ gallons per minute. Engineered by experienced industry professionals, our systems are delivered skid-mounted with the reverse osmosis element arrays configured in PVC, fiberglass, or stainless steel housings. We offer multiple control options, including customized PLC and SCADA choices, for accurately measuring and monitoring flow, pressure, and any other process data relevant to your operation.
Along with industrial reverse osmosis equipment we offer additional membrane technologies including microfiltration (MF), nanofiltration (NF), and ultrafiltration (UF) equipment in cross flow and dead-end options.
We assist companies in a wide range of industries. Through collaborative communication and activities like in-plant surveys, our experienced field sales consultants help you specify equipment to optimize your existing processes, balance your filtration and separation train, and significantly reduce your production costs.
